Ingredients

1 can of tuna (12 oz) drained or 2 pouches of tuna (5 oz or 6.4 oz each)
1 bag (5 oz) mixed salad greens
1 can (15 oz) each: garbanzo beans and kidney beans, drained
1 can (2 1/4 oz) sliced black olives, drained
1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
1 medium ripe avocado, peeled pitted and diced
1/2 cup homemade or deli fresh Pico de Gallo
Homemade or prepared creamy cilantro dressing
Garnish with tortilla chips

Directions

For each serving, evenly divide fresh greens among serving plates. Top with tuna, beans, olives, cheese, avocado and Pico de Gallo. Garnish with tortilla chips and serve with desired amount of cilantro dressing.
