Ingredients

2 cans (5 oz each) drained or 1 pouch (5 oz or 6.4 oz) tuna
3 tablespoons buffalo hot sauce, or to taste
1/4 cup minced celery
2 flour tortillas
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1-2 tablespoons blue cheese dressing

Directions

Place tuna in a small bowl. Mix in buffalo hot sauce and celery. Place tortillas on 2 plates. Place 1/2 tuna mixture in the center of the tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce and blue cheese dressing. Fold ends over toward the center. Wrap sides tightly in a roll. Slice in half.
