Ingredients

2 cans (5 oz each) drained or 1 pouch (5 oz or 6.4 oz) tuna
8 Hawaiian sweet rolls, slit open for mini sandwiches
3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce

Coleslaw Mixture
1 1/2 cups coleslaw mix
1/4 cup diced green onions
1/2 cup pineapple chunks, drained
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1/4 cup peanuts (optional)

Directions

Combine tuna and teriyaki sauce. Set aside. Combine coleslaw, green onions, pineapple, cilantro, sesame, and peanuts. Divide tuna teriyaki and coleslaw mixture to fill mini sandwich rolls. Serve with extra sauce as desired. Makes 8 mini sandwiches.
