Ingredients

4 cups mixed greens
4 cups romaine
4 (5 ounce) cans tuna packed in water, drained and flaked
2 medium tomatoes, seeded, cut into ½-inch pieces
4 strips of crisp bacon, chopped
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped   
1 avocado, chopped (optional) 
½ cup blue cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
1 cup low calorie honey mustard salad dressing

Directions

1) Toss mixed greens and romaine in a large salad bowl, along with half the dressing. 

2) Arrange tuna, tomatoes, bacon, eggs, avocado (if adding), and blue cheese in strips on the greens. Sprinkle green onions over salad. Serve and either toss with remaining dressing, or reserve depending on preference.
