Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) box Dirty Rice Mix 
1 lemon or lime, cut into wedges
4 (5 ounce) cans tuna packed in water, drained and flaked
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper or hot sauce
¼ cup green onions, coarsely chopped

Directions

1) Follow instructions on box to make rice.

2) Squeeze half the lemon or lime onto the cooked beans. Stir in tuna and cayenne pepper (or hot sauce, if using). Garnish with remaining lemon or lime wedges and fresh green onions.
